The Captain Candidate Action Figures can be posed in different fun employee-like positions. Each heroic candidate is equipped with five accessories – a finger o' power (for cheerleading, tells everyone "we're #1"), perfect portfolio (includes a bulletproof resume and glowing references), force multiplier (get six staffers to do the work of a dozen), whine jammer (turns complaints into soothing sounds or white noise) and top talent transmitter (links to Yahoo! HotJobs' online supertools, brings Captain Candidate to the job and the job to Captain Candidate). The characters also have a bio and unique superpowers and vulnerabilities.

The Captain Candidate campaign extends both before and after SHRM 2006, the largest HR conference in the world, where qualified attendees will receive their own Captain Candidate Action Figure. They'll also take part in superhero themed activities at the Yahoo! HotJobs booth.
